Timesheet FAQs

Here, we've compiled a list of the most commonly asked questions that our clients have regarding our services and products. If you don't see your question listed here, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're always happy to help.

When do I need to submit my timesheet by?

You need to submit your timesheet no later than 10 am on a Monday morning for the week prior. This deadline is important to ensure that we can process your payment on time.

Am I entitled to sick leave?

Sick entitlement commences six months after your start date. Sick leave can only be used for legitimate sick days. If you are sick for three or more consecutive days, you will be required to provide a medical certificate.

Am I entitled to annual leave?

This will depend on your contract. If you are on a casual contract, your annual leave is paid out at 8%. Otherwise, you will accrue annual leave each week. The balance of this is on the bottom of your payslip.

Can I use my annual leave?

Any annual leave requests must be submitted two weeks prior to your first day of leave (if the amount of leave you are requesting is between one and four weeks). If you are requesting over four weeks leave, you must provide four weeks' notice prior to your first day of leave.

I need help with my timesheet, who can I contact?

Please either email or call your recruiter. If they are busy, you can also call the office on (03) 365 0088 and ask for timesheet assistance.
