Max People are seeking Dairy Assistants who are passionate about the industry and want to work on large-scale dairy farms in New Zealand. Our farms are located throughout the South Island and are amongst some of the best scenery in New Zealand (if not the world)

Farms range from 500 - 1800 cows and offer a good work/life balance with some great rosters offered.

Roles and Responsibilities:‍

• Milking
• Bringing in cows for milking
• Assisting with animal health
• Mating
• Calving & Calf Rearing
• Setting up and taking down temporary electric fences
• Assisting with irrigation
• Weed control
• General farm and machinery maintenance.
• Tractor work

Role Requirements:‍

• Minimum 6 months dairy experience
• Pass a drug test
• Current license
• Reliable transport
