What You Will Be Doing:

• Assist in construction activities such as digging, trenching, and compacting soil.
• Transport and handle construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring safety measures are in place.
• Operate basic construction equipment under supervision.
• Provide assistance to tradespeople as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Qualifications and Requirements:‍

• Basic construction skills and familiarity with tools and equipment
• Prior experience in construction is advantageous.
• Class 2 and WTR experience would be beneficial
• Current WTR is an advantage.
• Class 1 license is required.
• Strong attention to H&S.
• Reliable transport.
• Good level of physically fitness.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe - we can assist with this.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
