New Zealand’s largest Health & Wellbeing Complex is opening this November in Christchurch's South CBD.
The Welder is your next favourite hangout spot on Welles Street, South Town CBD.
It will be offering Cantabrians with a positive relaxing experience filled with established local food and hospitality vendors along with beauty, yoga and creative art spaces.
The development is currently in its final stages opening early November 2019.
They are repurposing 6 authentic character buildings dating back from the 1800s. Originally these industrial warehouses were built for a Welder, a Black Smith and an Engineer.
The transformation will keep some original industrial features along with a new creative scene and boutique neighbourhood atmosphere.
The Welder complex is proudly being developed by Box 112.
Box 112 have already worked on local buildings such as Supreme Supreme, Miro Restaurant, Grow Active Childcare Centre and various other Commercial buildings in Christchurch City.
Max People have a small team of painters working on the finishing touches of the internal shop fit-out.
