What You Will Be Doing:
- Reading and interpreting plans.
- Excavating trenches and preparing sites.
- Installing drainage pipes, manholes, catch basins, and other drainage structures.
- Connecting drainage systems to sewer lines, septic tanks, or stormwater management systems.
- Testing drainage systems for leaks, blockages, or other defects.
- Operating and maintaining a variety of tools and equipment used in drainlaying work, including excavators, pipe cutters, and compaction machinery.
- Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional conduct while interacting with clients and other team members.
What We Require:
- Proven experience as a drainlayer.
- Relevant certifications or licenses, such as a drainlaying license or trade qualification, preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Strong knowledge of drainage system components, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and effectively.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions and environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong awareness for all things H&S
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Valid Site Safe and or Construct Safe - we can assist with this
- Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug test
