Project Scope:
- Reconfiguration of Port Lyttleton through reconstruction following the 2011 Christchurch earthquake

Challenges Faced:
- Existing Port infrastructure severely damaged
- Implementing temporary damage repair so the Port could remain operational during the reconstruction
- Working around and with large amounts of heavy machinery
- Site safety post earthquake

- Managed labour model; Foremen, Civil Carpenters, Formworkers, Labourers, Dogmen, Operators, Steelfixers, Boatmen, Manitou Drivers

Value Added:
- Demolition, reclamation and rebuild of the Lyttelton wharf
